Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Catalog Associate with strong Japanese language skills to support e-commerce catalog operations. The role involves managing product data, handling tickets, coordinating with vendors, maintaining data accuracy, and meeting defined SLAs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily catalog-related tickets and complete tasks within SLA.
- Update and maintain accurate product/catalog information.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for required product details.
- Identify and correct catalog/data errors.
- Follow up on open requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high quality and accuracy while handling large volumes of data.
- Follow defined SOPs and process guidelines.
- Identify potential SLA or quality risks and escalate them to the manager/lead.
- Support process improvement and Kaizen initiatives.





Required Skills:

- Excellent Japanese reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- JLPT N1/N2/N3 certification preferred/required as per role.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid data management and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays when required.

Experience & Qualification:

- Graduate or above.
- 0-4 years of experience in data-driven operations, catalog management, BPO, or similar environment preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce/product catalog operations is an added advantage.
