Key Requirements

? Program / Project Management experience in manufacturing or engineering

? Solid experience in NPI / New Product Introduction / Product Launch

? Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Procurement

? Experience managing project timelines, milestones, risks and deliverables

? Customer & stakeholder management experience

? Exposure to production ramp-up and manufacturing operations

? Good proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
