Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage our multi-channel social media strategy aligned with overall business goals. Content & Calendar Management: Oversee content planning, copy creation, and editorial calendar management across Meta (Instagram & Facebook), LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and other key platforms.



Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to maximize ROI and achieve performance metrics. Organic Growth & Community Engagement: Drive organic growth tactics, foster active brand communities, and manage audience interactions effectively. Influencer Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key influencers, content creators, and brand partners to execute high-impact campaigns. Analytics & Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Meta Insights, Google Analytics (GA4), and platform-native analytics to prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights. Social Listening & Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social conversations to capitalize on real-time marketing opportunities. Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead
