- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance,
- Accounting, Commerce, MBA Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent.

Positive to Have Skills:
- Power BI, VBA/Macros, Hyperion, Automation Tools, SQL, Process Improvement, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge

Mandatory skill to have:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Budgeting & Forecasting, Management Reporting, Variance Analysis, Reconciliation, Financial Statement Analysis, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Formulae), ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), Stakeholder Management

- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled productivity tools, and data-driven decision-making (preferred).
