Role Overview
- What you will do:
The Sr Business Analyst is responsible for driving mid-size projects, or component phases of larger programs. Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This individual will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. The Sr Business Analyst exemplifies strong initiative and management skills. Ensures project methodologies,
project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving the Project Requirements, Schedule, Risk and Issue Management, and Scope Change Management
- The Sr. Business Analyst, along with the Project Manager will manage the project budget. This includes understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively.
- The Sr. Business Analyst provides transparent and concise project communication; both written and verbal.
- Facilitates/manages project communications and stakeholder, client and project team expectations. Collaborate on monthly planning and forecasting, Work with training team to create materials for impacted teams on the new solutions, Sign-off business requirements developed by Solutions team. Engage with Solutions team to get the project impact assessed and obtain HLE. Decide the path
