About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify prospective student leads through calls.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with inquiries and guide prospects through the complete admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets as assigned by the organization.
- Handle objections effectively and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
- Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
- Willingness to work on-site
