Job Title: Store Manager - Food and Beverages

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members. Conduct training sessions, manage performance, and provide ongoing support to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive repeat business.
- Sales and Profitability: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase store profitability. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Merchandising and Marketing: Oversee product presentation and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organised.



Implement marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverages industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in financial management and budgeting. Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and regulations.
