Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations with a primary focus on recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, and payroll assistance. The role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate HR records while ensuring a smooth employee experience from hiring to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring Support

ii. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview processes with department heads.

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

i. Handle end-to-end joining formalities and employee onboarding documentation.

ii. Conduct induction programs for current employees and explain company policies and procedures.

iii. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding and employee readiness.

iv. Prepare employee files, welcome kits, and joining documentation.

3. Employee Documentation & HR Records

i.



Maintain employee personal files and HR records in physical and digital formats.

ii. Verify KYC documents, educational certificates, statutory forms, and employment records.

iii. Update employee master data and maintain accurate HR documentation.

iv. Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of employee records.

4. Payroll & Attendance Support

i. Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records for payroll processing.

ii. Assist in preparing payroll inputs and supporting monthly payroll activities.

iii. Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries.

iv. Support statutory documentation related to payroll and employee records.

5. HR Operations & Employee Support

i. Support day-to-day HR operations and implementation of HR policies.

ii. Assist in employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and HR events.
