Job Purpose:
The Shop Supervisor / Production Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising,



and controlling day-to-day shop floor activities in a modular manufacturing yard. The role ensures that fabrication, assembly, installation, and related production activities are completed safely, efficiently, on time, within quality standards, and in accordance with project requirements.

The position acts as the key link between production planning, engineering, quality, safety, and shop floor execution

Job Role:
Production Planning and Execution
- Supervise daily shop floor operations to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
- Review work orders, drawings, material availability, and manpower allocation before execution.
- Ensure productive workflow across assigned shop areas.
- Monitor production progress and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with planning and engineering teams to resolve technical or schedule issues.

Shop Floor Supervision
- Supervise shop supervisors, foremen, technicians, welders, fitters
