General Summary:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Very strong in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Shell scripting.
- Proven experience delivering technical solutions on embedded processors running Real-Time Operating Systems such as OpenWRT, RDK-B, and prplOS, with a solid understanding of core OS concepts.




- Good understanding of software architectures and networking stacks for wireless and broadband platforms.- Strong foundation in connectivity and networking protocols such as MQTT, HTTPS, TCP/IP, UDP.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills at system, platform, and network levels.
- Experience with performance optimization, protocol analysis, and root-cause investigation in embedded Linux environments.- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.

Added advantage skills:
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and machine learning model development.
- Positive understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and optimization techniques.
