About the Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen source-to-pay, supplier management, contract lifecycle, and third-party risk expertise while influencing the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement operations delivered through market-leading technologies.

In this role, you will:
Manage complex and escalated supplier onboarding, third-party risk, and contract lifecycle cases in SAP Ariba and ServiceNow (SNOW).

Own end-to-end coordination of third-party risk assessments, supplier due diligence activities,



and remediation tracking.

Review contract metadata, obligations, milestones, and renewal activities while supporting CLM governance requirements.

Monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Provide guidance, quality reviews, coaching, and training support to Analysts.

Develop operational reports, dashboards, and process improvement recommendations to enhance service delivery and operational performance.

What you must have to be considered

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

Strong hands-on expertise across SAP Ariba modules and ServiceNow (SNOW).

Solid understanding of supplier onboarding, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) operations.

Good analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
