Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and café products while providing excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, and other beverages
- Take customer orders and process billing through POS
- Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Prepare and serve café food items as required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and work area
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other ingredients
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and food safety procedures
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth café operations

Skills Required:




- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
- Basic knowledge of espresso machines and grinders
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Qualification & Experience:
- HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
- 0-3 years of experience as a Barista
- Freshers with barista training/certification may also apply

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in cafés, coffee shops, premium restaurants, hotels, resorts, or QSRs:
- Knowledge of specialty coffee, latte art, and manual brewing methods is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
