Job Title: Sales Assistant - Sales Manager & Managing Director
Location: Tambaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 per month
Experience: 1-3 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA or equivalent preferred)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Sales Manager and Managing Director.
- Prepare proposals, sales reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales pipelines, and CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
- Track sales targets, daily activities, pending quotations, and order progress.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Schedule meetings, customer visits, and management appointments.




- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Assist in preparing business presentations, tenders, contracts, and project documentation.
- Monitor customer payments and coordinate with the Accounts team and the Customer for outstanding follow-ups.:
- Maintain confidential records, agreements, and management documents.
- Generate reports and analyze sales performance to support business decisions.
- Perform other assignments as directed by the Sales Manager and Managing Director.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM/ERP software is preferred.
- Excellent reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
