Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

Experience Required

1-2 Years of Experience in E-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, or Online Sales.

Salary

₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Create SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, keywords, and catalog content.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, stock levels, and images.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Coordinate inventory management, order processing, dispatch, and fulfillment activities.
- Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and marketplace support tickets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.




- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain overall account health and seller rating

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace portals.
- Experience in Product Listing and Catalog Management.
- Hands-on experience in Amazon Ads and Marketplace Advertising Campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce listings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of inventory and order management processes.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Adult Wellness, Personal Care, Lifestyle, or Consumer Product categories will be preferred.
