This is a leadership role with responsibility for managing a sales team and driving business growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand textbook sales business in Bhopal, Indore, and Jabalpur.
- Regularly visit schools to promote and sell educational textbooks and learning solutions.
- Build strong relationships with school principals, academic coordinators, decision-makers, and educators.
- Establish and maintain excellent rapport with textbook traders, distributors, and channel partners across the region.
- Set sales targets, review team performance, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Conduct market analysis and provide regular feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collections, order processing, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in school textbook sales, educational publishing, or related educational products.




- Proven experience in visiting schools and generating textbook adoption/business.
- Strong network among schools, traders, and distributors in Madhya Pradesh is highly desirable.
- Prior team-handling experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
