Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 per month
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to provide outstanding support to customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned departments when required.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach at all times.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.




- 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
