About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing
- Edit long-form YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, podcasts, and promotional videos.
- Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into high-quality content.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, overlays, and animations.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and content objectives.
- Maintain consistency in visual style and storytelling.

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects
- Create basic to intermediate motion graphics and animations.
- Design intros, outcross, lower thirds, title cards, and animated elements.
- Support creative campaigns with engaging visual storytelling.

Graphics & Creative Design
- Create thumbnails, social media creatives, and promotional graphics.
- Design visual assets for videos using graphic design tools.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams on creative concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

Content Optimization
- Format videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,



and other platforms.
- Optimize aspect ratios, resolutions, and export settings for each platform.
- Add captions and subtitles to improve engagement and accessibility.
- Stay updated with current editing trends and content styles.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with content creators, marketers, and channel managers.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Organize project files and maintain editing workflows.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for thumbnails and graphic editing.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics and creative assets.
- Understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Experience with colour correction, audio synchronisation, and basic sound editing.
