About the Role

Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll

coordination, performance management, employee engagement, HR compliance, HRMS

administration, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave,



and compensation changes.
- Drive performance appraisal cycles, KRAs, KPIs, and promotion processes.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Complete Payroll for India and Dubai
- Manage employee engagement and culture-building activities.
- Support compliance, policy implementation, and audits.
- Administer Zoho HRMS platforms and HR reporting.
- Support HR operations across India, UAE, and Qatar.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
