Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Actively market and sell residential and commercial properties to potential buyers
- Conduct property tours, present property features and benefits, and negotiate sales terms and conditions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including property developers, investors, and buyers
- Generate leads through various channels, such as referrals, cold calling, networking, advertising, and online platforms
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors' activities
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales, including price, financing options, and closing dates
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions,



and property details

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or field sales
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Robust organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication tools
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Mandatory: Two-wheeler and Android mobile.
