- Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing, accessories, and styling options.
- Provide personalized fashion and styling advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep up to date with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and SVA products.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints effectively.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals to customers.
- Requirements
- Minimum qualification:



High school diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in Fashion, Retail, or related field is an advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or fashion consulting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sense of fashion, styling, and current trends.
- Customer-oriented attitude with excellent sales skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is a plus.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended store hours when required.
