- Guide customers on games, offers, packages, and facilities
- Handle ticketing, billing, and payment processes accurately
- Resolve guest queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure smooth coordination between gaming zones and café
- Monitor guest satisfaction and provide quick support when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the assigned area
- Upsell games, packages, and café items to enhance revenue
- Follow company policies and service standards
- Support events, group bookings, and birthday parties
