Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Handling:Collaborate with business teams to understand and document new requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT capabilities.
- Change Request (CR) Implementation:Manage and implement Change Requests (CRs), ensuring timely and accurate delivery of new features or system modifications.
- L1 Production Support:Provide first-level production support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate to higher levels when necessary, and ensure mínimal disruption to operations.
- User Training:Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure productive usage of systems and tools. Develop user manuals and other support documentation.
- Stakeholder Management:Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, effectively communicating technical details to non-technical stakeholders and gathering business requirements.
- Continuous Improvement:Monitor system performance and gather feedback to suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives for both processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:




- Retail Loan Origination System (LOS) expertise: In-depth understanding of retail loan origination processes and systems.
- TCS LPP System knowledge: Hands-on experience with the TCS LPP system for handling loan processing, data flow, and integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Techno-Functional Expertise: Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and IT solutions, providing both functional and technical insights. Should be able to work on APIs and Integrations across systems.
