Role Overview

This role requires someone who can consistently bring fresh ideas, create engaging content, maintain brand aesthetics, and leverage the latest social media trends to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content regularly.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication and visual identity across platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries.

2. Content Creation & Creative Development
- Create creative content ideas aligned with the brand's vision.
- Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Work closely with the design, photography, and video teams for content execution.
- Generate fresh content concepts for weddings, events, behind-the-scenes, team culture, client experiences, and brand storytelling.




- Maintain premium aesthetics and high-quality visual presentation.

3. Trend Research & Market Analysis
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.
- Research competitor activities and industry best practices.
- Identify emerging trends and creatively adapt them to the brand.
- Suggest innovative content formats and campaign ideas.

4. Brand Building & Engagement
- Improve audience engagement and community growth.
- Create content that strengthens brand awareness and brand recall.
- Build meaningful interactions with followers and potential clients.
- Support brand campaigns and promotional activities through social media.

5. Content Planning & Execution
- Prepare monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate content shoots and content requirements with internal teams.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and social media activities.
- Maintain consistency in posting schedules and campaign timelines.
