Role Summary
KRA: Task / Activities
- Design and create social media posts while maintaining the content calendar.
- Coordinate with the external content and design team and review deliverables.
- Monitor marketing analytics, reporting, and improve content systems.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Content published as per calendar.
- Social media engagement and content performance.
- Brand consistency across all communication.
- Marketing reports and process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English copywriting skills
- Social media content creation
- Eye for design
- Process & systems thinking
Preferred skills
- Experience in founder-led or personal brand marketing
- Portfolio in wellness, education or coaching content
- Comfortable using AI in work
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
