Experience: 5-10 years in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in Facility Management, Catering, Housekeeping or Manpower Services

Job Purpose

To develop new business opportunities, generate leads, acquire corporate and industrial clients, and achieve sales targets for catering, housekeeping and manpower supply services in Sanand and surrounding industrial areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through industrial areas, corporate companies, factories and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations to understand manpower, housekeeping and catering requirements.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and service agreements in coordination with management.




- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and regularly update management on lead status and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations and HR teams for smooth mobilization and commencement of new contracts.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing in the facility management and manpower services sector.
- Ensure timely follow-up for enquiries, quotations and pending business proposals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, prospects, meetings, quotations and conversions.
- Support client retention, contract renewal and business expansion.
- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- 5-10 years of relevant B2B sales/business development experience.
- Experience in Facility Management, Industrial Catering, Housekeeping, Security or Manpower Supply will be preferred.
