About Us:
Position: Residential Social Worker

Location: Kovalam

Monthly Salary: Rs.20,000 - 28,000/

*Critical time interventions (rescue) mental illness Clinical social work - interventions to help gain independence in care of self, activities of daily living and improving domains of functionality Case management Individual counselling and problem

*Solving Facilitating work and engagement Options - within the facility or mainstream Social entitlements facilitation.

*Identity documents, financial inclusion, pensions and other state welfare schemes

*Assist in accessing leisure and recreational activities

*Coordinate human Rights Cell and Legal Aid Services

Eligibility Criteria:
*Postgraduates in Social Work (preferably Medical and Psychiatry) with an exceptional drive to work with people.

*Minimum 3-5 yrs of relevant work experience.

*Proficiency in more than one Indian language may be an added advantage.

*Preferred Industry experience: NGO, Social Services, Regulators, Industry Associations.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
