We are looking for a Business Analyst - Assistant Manager who can work closely with business teams, gather requirements, improve processes, and manage EVM reporting. This role requires someone who enjoys both stakeholder interaction and hands-on execution.

Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs and process documentation.
- Create process flows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Own and maintain the EVM tracker and KPI reports.
- Prepare dashboards and management reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting by coordinating with multiple teams.

Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, PMO, or similar role.




- Experience in writing BRDs and process documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Positive understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Power Query.
- Experience with Jira or Confluence.
- Experience in PMO or Finance Transformation is an advantage.
