About the Role

The Assistant Client Service Manager plays a vital role in supporting the successful management and execution of client accounts at Mindshaft Media Pvt. Ltd. Acting as the operational link between clients and internal departments, the role is responsible for ensuring that campaign requirements are clearly understood, internal teams remain aligned, and project deliverables are completed accurately and within committed timelines.

Working closely with the Account Manager, the Assistant Client Service Manager assists in coordinating multiple client accounts, preparing project plans, monitoring campaign progress, maintaining regular client communication, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the company's quality and governance standards. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism in every client interaction.

The position also involves close collaboration with the Creative, Operations, Production,



and Finance teams to facilitate smooth campaign execution. The Assistant Client Service Manager is expected to proactively identify potential risks, communicate updates in a timely manner, resolve routine client concerns independently, and escalate critical issues to the Account Manager whenever necessary.

Success in this role is measured by consistent client satisfaction, timely campaign execution, productive internal coordination, accurate documentation, and strict adherence to company policies and operating procedures. The Assistant Client Service Manager is expected to maintain complete campaign records, support budgeting and approval processes, and contribute towards delivering exceptional client experiences that strengthen long-term business relationships.
