Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with fragrance selections
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Explain perfume notes, ingredients, and fragrance profiles
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on latest trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth
- Maintain store cleanliness, display arrangements, and stock levels
- Handle billing and manage customer transactions accurately
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Participate in product training and promotions

Skills & Qualifications
- Prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant,



well-groomed appearance & professional behavior
- Ability to understand customer needs and upsell products
- Basic computer skills for billing & inventory records
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
