Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the showroom floor.
- Ensure customers receive a premium and personalized shopping experience.
- Guide and support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the inventory and billing teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure jewellery displays are neat, attractive, and secure at all times.
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate ongoing offers and promotions.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily reports for management.
- Assist in training current employees on customer service and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and showroom policies.
