We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil & Mechanical) with 7-10 years of experience in Building Construction and Industrial Projects, possessing strong expertise in project execution, site management, MEP coordination, survey, sewage, drainage, and infrastructure works, with the ability to lead multiple projects and teams effectively.

Job Title: Project Manager / Site Engineer / Site In-Charge - Civil Construction

Location:Jamnagar & Junagadh, Gujarat

Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:
- 12-15 Years
- Mandatory experience in Building Construction Projects

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of building construction projects.
- Supervise site activities, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate and monitor Civil, Structural, MEP, Survey, Sewage, and Drainage works. Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications,



quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Review drawings, monitor progress, and resolve site-related issues.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, billing verification, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Building Construction, MEP Coordination, Survey, Sewage, and Infrastructure Works.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Robust leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
- Flexible to travel across project locations as and when required.
- Must follow the defined reporting structure and organizational chain of command.
