Designation:QA-QC Senior Manager
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
Salary: Upto 15 Lakh CTC
Preferred Industry: offset printing & packaging industry
Experience:5 to 7 Years
Qualification:B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech (Quality Management certification preferred)
- Lead a team of 10-12 QC Executives.
- Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Minimize defects, wastage, and customer complaints.
- Handle client and external quality audits.
- Train QC staff and production operators.
- Maintain quality records and implement corrective & preventive actions
- Robust leadership and communication
- Attention to detail & defect identification
- Integrity and discipline
- Time management and continuous learning mindset
