We're Hiring: Creative Studio Manager

Location: Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-quality product and lifestyle photoshoots for carpets, rugs, and home decor products.
- Manage end-to-end studio operations, including lighting, backgrounds, props, equipment, and product styling.
- Capture and edit images for e-commerce, catalogs, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Design creative assets such as banners, brochures, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a well-organized studio and ensure all photography equipment is in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver compelling visual content aligned with the brand.
- Stay updated with photography, design, and visual merchandising trends to continuously enhance content quality.

Requirements:




- 2-5 years of experience in product photography, creative studio operations, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography and creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Canva, or similar creative tools.
- Excellent understanding of studio lighting, composition, and product styling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Experience in the carpet or home furnishing industry will be preferred.
