Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Conduct regular stock inspections and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), stock issue slips, and other inventory documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, production, and logistics teams for timely material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or slow-moving items.
- Assist in periodic stock audits and annual inventory verification.




- Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards within the store.
- Coordinate dispatch activities, including packing, documentation, and shipment preparation.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Experience in têxtile, manufacturing, will be preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
