1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Conducting recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
- Coordinating and conducting employee onboarding processes.

- Handling employee relations matters and addressing concerns or grievances.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Assisting in the performance appraisal process.
- Providing guidance on performance improvement plans.
4. Training and Development:
- Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
- Supporting employee development initiatives.
5. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Keeping abreast of changes in employment legislation.
7. HR Recordkeeping:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Generating HR reports as needed.

- Organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys
9. Legal Compliances
Practical working knowledge of all legal compliances relating to employees like EPF, ESIC, Full and Final Settlement etc. and relating to Factory like GPCB, CGWA, Factory License, Trade Mark etc.
