We are looking for an experienced, disciplined, and result-oriented Store Manager to independently manage our raw material inventory, purchasing coordination, stock control, and store operations.

Job Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for end-to-end store management including inventory planning, material purchasing, stock maintenance, inward and outward material movement, inventory reconciliation, audit compliance, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Monitor daily stock levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability for production.
- Establish minimum stock levels, maximum stock levels,



and reorder points for all critical materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP software and/or Excel.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure inventory accuracy at all times.

Material Receiving & Inspection
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantities against purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with QC team for material inspection and approval.
- Ensure proper inward entries and documentation.
- Monitor supplier deliveries and pending purchase orders.

Material Issue & Production Support
- Issue materials to cutting, sampling, production, packing, and other departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain issue records and material consumption records.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to prevent production delays.
- Track department-wise material consumption and usage.
