Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical & Outpatient Care (OPD): Conduct outpatient consultations, perform thorough neurological examinations, interpret advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, PET, EEG), and design individualized treatment plans.
Surgical Interventions: Perform a wide range of complex neurosurgical procedures, including:
- Brain:_ Craniotomies for tumor excision, aneurysm clipping, hematoma evacuation, and shunt insertions.
Spine:_ Discectomy, laminectomy, spinal fusion, and spinal cord decompression or stabilization.
Advanced/Minimally Invasive:_ Utilizing neuro-navigation, microsurgery, and endoscopic techniques where applicable.
- Emergency & Trauma Management:



Promptly attend to neurosurgical emergencies, including acute traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spinal cord trauma, intracranial hemorrhages, and ruptured aneurysms.

Inpatient & Intensive Care (ICU): Lead daily clinical rounds in the wards and the Neuro ICU; manage critical post-operative care and continuously monitor neurological recovery status.

Patient Counseling: Clearly explain complex diagnoses, surgical risks, expected outcomes, and rehabilitation pathways to patients and their families with empathy and professionalism.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with Neurologists, Neuroradiologists, Anesthesiologists, Intensivists, and Physiotherapists to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain immaculate electronic medical records (EMR), operation notes, discharge summaries, and ensure strict adherence to hospital quality protocols and cl
