At World Fuel, we support some of the most complex flight operations in the world. As a Trip Support Specialist II, you will play a critical role in coordinating international business aviation missions from planning through completion.

This role is ideal for aviation professionals who enjoy solving operational challenges, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.



You will work directly with flight departments, operators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every mission is executed safely, efficiently, and seamlessly across the globe.

What You'll Do:
Manage Global Flight Operations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned flight departments and operators, supporting missions from initial planning through completion.

Coordinate and arrange:
- International overflight and landing permits
- Airport slots and PPRs
- Ground handling services
- Crew accommodations
- Ground transportation
- Customs and immigration requirements
- CANPASS submissions and Border Overflight Exemptions
- Flight following and trip monitoring

Deliver Exceptional Customer Support:
- Build and strengthen relationships with assigned customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor and account manager for designated Trip Support accounts
- Provide proactive communication and operational
