Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Video Editing
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create promotional videos, advertisements, testimonials, and educational content.
- Add transitions, captions, motion graphics, animations, and background music.
- Optimize videos for different social media platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all content.

Social Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts.
- Create and schedule daily content calendars.
- Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages.
- Track social media growth and prepare monthly performance reports.

Performance Marketing
- Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Perform audience research and targeting.




- Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives and campaigns.
- Generate leads and maximize ROI through paid advertising.

Niche Research & Content Strategy
- Identify trending and profitable niches.
- Research competitors and market trends.
- Develop content strategies based on audience behavior.
- Suggest new ideas to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Understanding of SE
