Key Responsibilities:
Windows Server Administration:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows Server environments.
- Implementing and managing server virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Automating routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell).
- Performing system hardening and security best practices.

End-User Support:
- Providing advanced technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues.
- Resolving escalated support tickets and providing timely solutions.
- Implementing and maintaining end-user software and hardware standards.
- Training and mentoring junior support staff.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Participating in IT projects and initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation.




- Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, M365, virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V) and end-user support.
- Robust understanding of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT certifications (MCSA, MCSE ) preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
