About This Role:
- Execute order approval within Salesforce for all deals; collaborate with sales reps and sales management when needed.
- Ensure compliance of client contracts with internal business, finance, and sales policies.
- Answer questions and requests and resolve issues from sales representatives and internal constituents about our order approval process, negotiation of terms and conditions on client paperwork, and contracts-related policies and procedures.




- Identify and develop process/system improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness of your role.
- Identify, gather, analyze, and report on key contract metrics.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and audits as requested.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
- Finance/contracts and/or sales experience.
- Keen attention to detail, ability to work under continuous deadlines, and a strong service focus.
- Good interpersonal skills; the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels across a multicultural, global organization.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the proven ability to own the role in a team setting.
