What You'll Do

Go-to-Market Strategy
- Define and execute GTM plans for driving Informatica growth through product launches, new features, and market expansions
- Partner with sales and product management to shape sales plays and sales programs based on market and customer insights
- Develop launch tiers and coordinate cross-functional readiness across Sales, Marketing, Support and Renewal teams





Positioning & Messaging
- Craft differentiated positioning and value propositions for target personas, segments and industries
- Develop and maintain a messaging framework that spans the full buyer journey
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-centric perks

Sales Enablement
- Create high-impact sales tools including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts, and objection handling guides
- Develop and deliver training to equip Sales and SE teams with the knowledge to win
- Partner with Revenue Enablement on onboarding and continuous learning programs

Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and maintain up-to-date battlecards
- Synthesize customer research, win/loss data, and analyst insights to inform strategy
- Identify emerging market trends and communicate implications to leadership
