The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning,

maintenance, troubleshooting, and validation support of pharmaceutical

manufacturing equipment such as RMG, FBD, Blender, LPD, Auto coater,

granulation lines total process equipment’s etc.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install and commission pharmaceutical machines at customer sites.

2. Ensure machines are set up correctly as per approved technical drawings and

specifications.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and

PLC/SCADA-related issues.

4. Provide both on-site and remote technical support to customers.

5. Travel extensively across PAN India for installations, breakdown calls, and

preventive maintenance visits.

6. Maintain professional and explicit communication with clients.

7.



Train customer operators and maintenance teams on machine operation and

upkeep.

8. Support validation activities including DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation and

execution.

9. Prepare and submit detailed service reports after every site visit.

10. Handle customer complaints effectively after equipment handover.

11. While at the office, support machine testing, participate in FAT, and provide

online/telephonic support to customers.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- ITI certification in Fitter or Electrician trade.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in servicing pharmaceutical machinery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
