Position: Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Supervisor to manage daily field operations, coordinate service teams, ensure smooth execution of work, and maintain service quality standards.

The Supervisor will work closely with the Operations Department and HR & Training Department to manage field teams and support employee development.

Key Responsibilities1. Field Operations Management
- Plan and coordinate daily field activities with the Operations Team.
- Ensure service teams reach customer locations on time.
- Monitor work execution according to company standards and SOPs.
- Check quality of work performed by field employees.
- Identify operational issues and report them to the management team.

2. Team Handling & Leadership
- Manage and guide field technicians/operators.
- Ensure team discipline, attendance, punctuality, and skilled behaviour.
- Support employees in solving field-level challenges.
- Motivate team members and maintain a positive working environment.
- Develop leadership skills through practical field experience.

Training & Employee Development Support
- Work with the HR & Training Department for employee training activities.
- Provide practical guidance to new team members after receiving proper training.
- Help new employees understand work processes, safety practices, and customer handling.
- Observe employee performance and share feedback with management.

4. Customer Coordination
- Visit customer locations during service activities.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Operations Team.
- Support complaint handling and service improvement activities.

5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily work reports and service records.
- Verify completion of assigned tasks.
- Share field updates with the Operations Department.
- Maintain basic documentation related to team performance and site activities.
