Title: Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Presence Management: Maintain and enhance the brand’s online presence across all digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.

2. Campaign Development: Research market trends and audience insights to develop effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

4. Social Media Management: Manage and monitor social media accounts, engage with the audience and analyze performance metrics to enhance engagement and growth.

5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.

6. Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROAS.

7. Ad Hoc Tasks: Be available to perform any other related tasks or monitoring activities as needed to support the marketing team and overall business goals.

Qualifications

1.



Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Expert / Performance Marketing Expert, should have experience in team handling.

2. Experience (2 - 5 years)

3. ⁠Bachelor's or higher Degree

4. ⁠Robust understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.

5. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
