What You’ll Do:
- Participate in client strategy sessions and requirement gathering conversations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure technical goals are understood and documented before work begins.
- Create and follow internal quality control and quality assurance processes,



including leveraging tools like Litmus and QC checklists to validate campaigns before they go live.
- Gather and learn how data is used in marketing campaigns and journeys, including writing basic SQL queries and working with audience segmentation tools within SFMC.
- Work with team members to build and deploy campaigns using Automation Studio and Journey Builder and develop awareness of the broader SFMC platform suite.
- Develop awareness of Adobe Experience Cloud products as the team’s platform portfolio expands, supporting QA across platforms as exposure grows.
