Job Description - Manager, HR & Legal Affairs

Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR operations and the HR team.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with legal advisors on employment-related legal matters.
- Review HR-related legal documents, notices, and agreements.
- Advise management on HR, compliance, and employee-related legal matters.
- Work closely with HODs for manpower planning and organizational development.
- Prepare HR reports and present updates to the General Manager and CEO.
- Drive HR process improvements and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.




- MBA (HR) or LLB will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership.
- Valuable knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
