About Us

We are a premium women's fashion startup creating contemporary Western silhouettes with intricate Indian embroidery. Our focus is on exceptional craftsmanship, precision tailoring, and high-quality finishing. We are looking for an experienced Masterji (Master Tailor) to join us and help bring our collections to life from sampling through production.

Key Responsibilities
- Stitch and construct women's Western garments including dresses, tops, skirts, trousers, corsets and co-ord sets.
- Develop first samples from designer sketches and reference images.
- Understand garment construction, fit, and pattern corrections.
- Execute clean, high-quality stitching and finishing techniques.
- Work with a variety of fabrics including satin, cotton, crepe, georgette, organza, mesh, and embroidered fabrics.
- Handle garment alterations and fitting adjustments.
- Maintain consistency and quality across production pieces.
- Ensure garments are completed within timelines.




- Care for sewing machines and maintain an organized workspace.
- Collaborate closely with the founder during product development and fittings.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Tailor/Masterji in women's fashion.
- Strong experience in western wear (designer brands or export houses preferred).
- Excellent understanding of garment construction and finishing.
- Ability to read sketches and translate them into finished garments.
- Experience working with delicate and embroidered fabrics.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical stitching challenges.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Knowledge of garment fitting and sample development.
- Experience supervising or guiding junior tailors.
