ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring Project Coordinators to support the implementation and execution of a Government Project in Siwan, Bihar. The role requires robust coordination, field operations, stakeholder management, documentation, MIS reporting and regular follow-up with project and field teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities in the assigned location.

Ensure project deliverables, activities and assigned tasks are completed within timelines.

Monitor field-level operations and track project progress.

Coordinate with field teams, project teams and other stakeholders for smooth execution.

Conduct field visits for project monitoring, verification and operational coordination.

Track milestones, action items,



pending tasks and project deliverables.

Coordinate with government officials, representatives and external stakeholders.

Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with internal and external teams.

Identify field-level operational challenges and escalate issues to the appropriate team.

Support resolution of project and field-related issues.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, project trackers, dashboards and status reports.

Maintain project databases, records, documentation and operational data.

Handle project correspondence, reports and other official documentation.

Use MS Excel and MS Word for reporting, data management and documentation.

Maintain accurate records of project activities, field updates and follow-ups.

Coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.

Support project implementation, monitoring and reporting activities as required.
