As a Principal Software Engineer - Front end Lead, you will be instrumental in leading the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces for our financial technology products. This role requires a robust blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle for front-end components, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers,



and backend engineers to translate business requirements and design mockups into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Define and enforce front-end coding standards, best practices, and design patterns, ensuring code quality and consistency across projects.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and guide junior engineers in their technical growth.
- Research and evaluate new front-end technologies, frameworks, and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
